“My tire blew out during rush hour traffic. I managed to pull over, hood up, completely clueless about how to change a tire. I sat there for 20 minutes before anyone stopped.

Then along came Teewon.

On his way home from work, he pulled over — on one of the busiest stretches of the highway — just to help a stranger. He tried to replace my tire with my spare… only to discover it was flat.

I told him my mom was on her way with hers. He stayed. Waited with me for more than 40 minutes. But when she arrived, her spare was flat too.

So what did he do?
👉 He used his own spare to get me safely off the highway.
👉 He led us to the nearest gas station.
👉 He filled my spare, swapped it out, and even filled my mom’s in case of an emergency.

When we offered to buy him dinner, he refused. He just asked us to pay it forward someday.

What started as a stressful, scary night turned into a moment I’ll never forget — thanks to the kindness of one man.

Teewon works for Wells Fargo in Charlotte, and let me just say… they’ve got a gem of a human on their team.

The world needs more people like him.”
