“Mom, I don’t know if you can see me from up there… but I did this for you.” So…

🎨 “Mom, I don’t know if you can see me from up there… but I did this for you.”
Sometimes, a simple drawing carries more love than a thousand words.
This boy, with tears in his eyes and his heart full of memories, sat in front of a blank canvas… and drew his mom.
His mom who is no longer here. The one who used to hug him tight when everything was falling apart.
The one who believed in him even when no one else did.
He drew in silence, pencil in hand, a lump in his throat.
Each line was a memory. Each shadow, a gentle touch.
But when he showed his drawing… no one understood.
No one praised him. No one gave him a hug.
They only said:
— “You should be over this by now…”
— “That won’t bring her back…”
But he wasn’t trying to bring her back.
He just wanted to feel her close for a moment.
He just wanted to say, in his own way:
“Mom, I still love you.”
Sometimes, children don’t need advice.
They just need someone to look at them, to listen…
And to say: “You did something beautiful.”
