I always love the instances where K has the same interaction with each of the four women and it's completely different with each, showing the unique dynamics.
With Christine, she's been repeating instructions on what K needs to do at her place for days. Now, that she's about to leave, it's the final time and she's trying to maintain his focus while he messes around in his phone. Sounds like he'll be relying on Paedon.
With R, after being rejected by Ari twice, K informs her of what he'll do in the evening with the kids. He'll be relying on Mindy while he comes in and out. Neither will enforce a bedtime for Ari, but will wrestle her during her witching hours.
With Janelle, K asks about her packing and offers to take her bag out. He asks what he needs to do with the kids even though she has the most self-sufficient household with a 16 and 13 year old.
With Meri, K doesn't go to her house, doesn't take out her luggage, and assumes that nothing needs to be done at her house. She finds him something to do.
This really showed where their relationships were at. K indulged Christine, he felt that he called the shots with R (she manipulated him into thinking this), he seemed to have something close to a marriage with Janelle where they talked about what was going to happen, and he seemed to avoid Meri as much as possible.
