It happened in Vigo. The “owner” of this small chihuahua threw it in the trash because the vet charged him 700 euros to treat the wounds caused by a prey dog. A young man who was looking for the baby carrier he had lost thought it might be in the trash and what he discovered was the little dog inside a plastic bag, complaining and very seriously injured, he picked it up, took it to the vet, covered the expenses and saved his life.
