Maybe this has been talked about already; I havent seen a post about it yet though.
I'm not sure how much the smell would travel where they are. Google maps says its 4 miles away from the home and a ten minute drive.
I do know we have friends who bought a vacation home a good 15 to 20 minute drive thru woods and hills away from a waste water plant and they said had they bought during the summer they would not have chosen the home. A drive up the road and you can smell it when it's hot out. On some days with a slight breeze, it makes it all the way to their house… and a hot day with a breeze… oof… Even if it doesnt smell by Kody's house, what are the chances they'll be able to easily sell if they ever need or want to?
The list of downsides I've seen so far… the cinder plant, a Purina dog food plant, and now the wastewater plant. They made one hell of a purchase. Smh….
