Husbandβs First Blanket.I just want to post my husbands finished blanket (and first finished project ever)!! Iβm so proud of him!! Itβs so warm and I love how it turned out!
Pattern is simple:
Ch 150 + 2, turn work
HDC in 2nd chain from hook x150, ch2 then turn
[HDC BLO x150, ch2 then turn] x
Yarn body: Wool Ease – Sedona Yarn border: Wool Ease – Midnight Blue
He started crocheting last year and started this blanket, but as summer came around (and it would get triple digits here) he paused it, but picked it back up this fall and finished it earlier this month. Weβve been using it as our cuddle blanket on the couch.
I just wanted to post about how proud I am of him for starting this journey and continuing projects and harnessing his weaving skills! π₯²
