That was said after I was given the check back that already included a 20% auto gratuity AND a 3% service fee. I’ve seen worst suggested tips after a auto gratuity but I was extremely annoyed by how the waiter tried to frame it like it’s customary to tip on top of the auto gratuity if the service was good. And when she came back for payment her pinpad didn’t even have $0 for an option so I had to custom tip $0 all while she’s hovering over me.
