U.S. SUPREME COURT: STATES CAN DITCH PLANNED PARENTHOOD
South Carolina just got the green light to kick Planned Parenthood out of Medicaid: 6-3 from the Supreme Court.
The ruling says patients can’t sue to keep their provider, even if they rely on them for cancer screenings or birth control.
The decision could pave the way for similar moves in other states.
