Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelley, was allegedly detained by police just days after the “Party of Five” alum filed for divorce — and the incident was caught on video.
In the blacked-out clip shared on Kelley’s Instagram Live on Friday, June 13, the mom of three is heard saying, “Oh my God. Don’t. Oh my God, this is not happening.”
At the end of the video, a concerned Kelley, 48, is seen on camera with two police officers.
She’s then heard telling the cops she’ll “go on my own” before what appears to be the sound of handcuffs in the background.
“This is shameful, gentlemen,” she tells the officers. “Look at this, look at this woman, this is shameful. Be ashamed, be ashamed of yourselves, gentlemen.”
At one point, one of the authorities informs Kelley that she’s “not going to jail,” adding they are going to get her “some help.”
“I know what I’m doing, I’ve done this. This is my job,” Scott’s ex replies.
It’s then that police tell Kelley she’s “made some comments to your dad and comments to people that are concerning,” and they “want to make sure you’re okay.”
The video ends by showing Kelley with the two police officers behind her.
Scott’s estranged wife later added a post to her Instagram Stories about the incident.
“This is horrible. I have been taken against my will. Please check in on my kids,” she wrote alongside a photo of her open purse in what appears to be a private waiting room.
“Also… I am happy!! Happier than I have ever been,” Kelley continued. “I have NO idea why or how this is happening in AMERICA.
“I am compliant, calm and respectful, and hopefully this is all sorted very quickly. In the meantime, be kind to each other. This is one of the darkest things I’ve ever experienced.”
The details and nature of her detainment are unclear.
The Post reached out to Scott’s rep for comment.
On Tuesday, Scott and Kelley announced their split after 21 years of marriage, with the “Party of Five” heartthrob revealing he was the one who filed for divorce.
“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” Scott said in a statement to The Post. “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”
Kelley shared her statement in lengthy social media post.
“It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage,” she said. “This has been a long, quiet journey for me—rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children. While I will not speak publicly about the details, I feel peace knowing that I’ve done everything I can to walk this path with integrity and compassion.”
She praised her ex, calling him “one of the best fathers I’ve ever known” and “one of the best partners a woman could have the privilege of sharing life with.”
Kelley also stated, “My priority has always been their wellbeing—and my own healing. That will never change.”
Us Weekly confirmed that Scott filed for divorce in Utah on Monday, June 9, which included a “proposed parenting plan.” However, that plan is sealed, so no details are available.
