PELOSI: The President’s notion about Alcatraz is one of the stupidest suggestions. It would cost too much.
Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) told reporters on Thursday that she thought Trump’s Alcatraz was a ridiculous mission that was never going to happen.
“It’s really sad because they say we don’t have enough money to feed our children or to get health care to the people because we’re too busy giving tax cuts to the rich, but we have the money for a ridiculous mission that’s never going to happen,” Pelosi said. “It’s one of the stupidest suggestions,” she added.
