Man who appears to be on drugs climbs on top of a police car, starts dancing and hip thrusting on it with no clothes on.
The incident unfolded outside of a car dealership in Antioch, California.
“When your client with no credit gets approved, so he starts dancing,” the individual who posted the video joked.
It’s unclear what prompted the incident.
