I'm rewatching the series from season 1, and I knew she lost 500+ lbs but hearing numbers vs SEEING how much she changed hits different. It's been years since I saw the earlier seasons and seeing how big she was before – I had to do a double take because she looks so different now! I need to lose a lot of weight and like Tammy, I deal with addiction towards drugs and food. However, seeing how much she changed her life by drastically losing so much weight… It's amazing and inspiring. She was so against therapy and change before, and I didn't think she could do it. Well, she certainly proved a lot of people wrong!
