When Amy has a talking head outside during Tammy's surgery she is saying how she would have gone to Chris's wedding no matter where it was.
Amy says what's that tower in France with all the popes in it (probably meaning Notre Dame?) and an American crew member off camera says "The Vatican?"… Seriously what is going on. 14% brain activity all round.
