A photo of Concetta Franconero, yet many of you know her by Connie Francis. This was taken last year, as she was leaving her home in Florida. She brought so many Italian American girls to tears when hearing her renditions of “Mama” and “Al Di La” in the 50’s and 60’s. Connie sung them with so much emotion and her songs will live on forever. Especially her hits “Stupid Cupid,” “Where the Boys Are,” “Lipstick on Your Collar” and “My Happiness.” She’s one of the greatest singers of all time. God bless her. ♥
