✨ With this long overdue post, I want to introduce the amazing Flo Osborne.
Flo is 89 years young and lives in an assisted living home. During the first lockdown (and even after), she baked over 100 delicious fruit cakes in her little kitchen—sometimes up to 20 at a time! All of them went to our food drive to support people in need.
She made every single cake herself—mixing the dough, cutting the fruit, and baking them in her small oven. To me, this is such a wonderful achievement and a reminder that age doesn’t stop someone from making a big difference in their community.
What saddens me is that I couldn’t get the local news, radio, or TV to share her story. So now, I’m turning to all of you here on Facebook. Let’s make Flo the social media heroine she truly deserves to be! ❤️👩🍳🍰
