This is my first individual post so I hope I don't screw it up.
Look at this picture of Armani's "Before & After".. Am I crazy? This is not the same "after" affect that we saw on the Tell All!! She is trying to pass off a photo-shopped picture of her "before" surgery nose as her "after" surgery.. There is no way this is the same face we all saw in pictures and on the Tell All!! Her new nose looked a lot like Michael Jackson's!! And I know for a fact, your nose can't grow back after it's been shortened..
