BREAKING: ATLANTA AIRPORT MELTDOWN – NEARLY 500 FLIGHTS CANCELED AFTER STORMS

Severe weather just wrecked travel plans across the Southeast.

Torrential rains and flash flooding hit Atlanta Friday night, forcing Hartsfield-Jackson to halt operations and triggering nearly 500 flight cancelations and hundreds more delays.

Delta, based in Atlanta, took the brunt.

Over 90 flights diverted, some grounded entirely.

Travelers slept on floors, watched lightning flash across the skyline, and waited.

Thunderstorms are expected to continue through the weekend.

So if you’re flying East Coast… maybe don’t.
